What happens to untreated ponds?

Lake and pond water that is not aerated or circulated becomes an enviroment that is unhealthy for its inhabitants, animals, and even humans around it. The decomposition of dead fish, plants, and animals accumulate in the bottom of the pond and turn into toxic ammonia and sulfide gasses that are deadly to fish and animals. Also, without circulation a pond will turm into a breeding ground for mosquitos that carry the deadly West Nile Virus. An easy and efficient solution is aeration.

Aerating a pond, or lake, bottom to top with air diffusion efficiently aerates and circulates the water ridding the pond of toxins.  This reduces the breeding of mosquitoes. The level of dissolved oxygen will remain at a constantly high level eliminating the risk of a fish-kill due to oxygen depletion. The result is a cleaner, clearer, disease free habitat for fish and animals to live.

The American Eagle Pond Aerator is strictly wind driven and is available in 18' and 23' heights. The bellow is manufactured by Goodyear and is capable of moving 3.5 cfm of air and has a life expectancy of 15+ years. This aerator will aerate a pond up to 3.5 surface acres with a depth of 12 feet. Assembly, delivery, and installation is available in all areas.

The Koenders Pond Aerator also wind-driven and is available in 12', 16', and 20' heights. The diapghram is capable of moving 1.5 cfm of air. This areator will areate a pond up to 1.5 surface acres with a depth of 20 feet. A double diaghpram aerator is also avaiable that will move 3 cfm of air and will aerate a pond up to 3 surface acres with a depth of 20 feet. Assembly, delivery, and installation is available in all areas.

 

The HIBLOW aerator is an electeic aerator. These are desined for continuous duty. That means 24/7 aeration. There is various sizes available to meet the your ponds needs and all units are 110 volts and pull less that 2 amps so they are very inexpensive to run. Delivery and installation is available in all areas.

The Koenders EL2 aerator is an electric aerator that runs on 110 volts. This aerator has the same air moving qualities as the Koenders wind-driven aerator. The air output is 1.5 cfm and will aerate a pond up to 1.5 surface acres with a depth of 20 feet. Delivery and installation is available in all areas.
